ENTRY:
To enter, you must provide your email address where prompted at www.ecobunga.com/giveaway ("Landing Page") on the Ecobunga! site ("Sponsor"). Only one entry per person/email address is allowed. If you're a subscriber to the Ecobunga! newsletter prior to the start of the giveaway entry period, you will automatically be entered into the drawing.

PRIZE:
One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) Gift Card to Whole Foods Market. Total value of grand prize is $50.00. One (1) runner-up winner will receive one (1) Gift Certificate to Maggie's Functional Organics. Total value of runner-up prize is $30.00. The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or around December 1, 2008 among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Whole Foods Market is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
